Sahithi Paturi Founder & President, Women Inspiration Network of Canberra (WINc)
I am the Founder and President of the Women Inspiration Network of Canberra (WINc), an organisation built on a simple but powerful belief: when women thrive—professionally, personally, and collectively—our communities become stronger, healthier, and more connected.
Since establishing WINc, I’ve worked alongside a passionate, multicultural team that reflects the rich diversity of Australia. Together, we’ve created a vibrant space where women from all walks of life can share their stories, build confidence, and support one another’s growth.
Through impactful workshops designed to empower, and our signature Pink Night—a dedicated women’s health and wellbeing event—WINc has become a hub for inspiration, collaboration, and empowerment. My mission is to continue expanding this community so more women feel seen, supported, and equipped to lead with purpose.
